We stand behind Moontower Mushroom Coffee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

To request a refund, email hola@drinkmoontower.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

Our satisfaction guarantee is intended to give customers confidence when trying Moontower for the first time. We reserve the right to review repeated or potentially fraudulent refund requests. All requests will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

Returns

Because coffee is a food product, we do not accept physical returns. You do not need to return your coffee to receive an approved refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Refunds

We will review your request and notify you once your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
